About LingaLive

• LingaLive is an independent IELTS practice tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the owners of the IELTS test (British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge University Press & Assessment).
• Our tests are practice material written for learning. They are not official IELTS papers.

Your account

• You need an account to use most of the app. Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be 16 or over, or use the app with a parent or guardian’s permission.
• One person, one account. Do not share your account or create several accounts to collect free credits or referral rewards.

Credits and payments

• Some features cost credits, such as AI assessment of Writing and Speaking, AI test reviews, the AI progress coach and expert review. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• You can get credits from the welcome gift, referrals, coupons, level rewards and bKash purchases. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and do not expire.
• We may change prices and packs. A price change does not affect credits you already own.
• Purchased credits are not refundable. Please read our refund policy before you buy.

AI feedback and band scores

• Band scores and feedback from our AI, and estimated bands on practice tests, are guidance to help you improve. They are not official IELTS results and we cannot promise that you will get the same band in the real exam.
• AI can make mistakes. Use your own judgement, and ask a human expert for a second opinion when it matters.
• Expert reviews are one specialist’s written opinion and do not guarantee a result.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the essays and recordings you submit. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service, such as assessing them and showing them back to you. See the privacy policy for details.
• Only submit work that is your own and that you have the right to share.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish our tests, vocabulary or feedback, or use bots or automated tools against the service.
• Do not try to get at correct answers, other learners’ data or the admin tools, or to get credits or XP by unfair means.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, abusive or harmful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and credits on them may be lost.

Availability and changes

• We work to keep LingaLive running and accurate, but we provide it as it is. It may sometimes be unavailable, and tests or features may change or be removed.
• Features, XP rates and rewards may be updated over time. XP and levels have no cash value.

Our responsibility

• LingaLive is a study aid. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a test result, a missed opportunity or a visa decision.
• Where we are liable to you, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
• Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using LingaLive after a change, you accept the new terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
